This will make the third time in the past two months that Gaffney Chic-fil-A has gotten an order wrong for us. First it was a cookie, no big deal probably better to not have it. They fixed it quickly. The second time was they left things out of a child's meal. This one actually happens a lot at this location but tends to be a quick recovery if you catch it. This third time is a problem. They place a tomato instead of bacon on my wife's sandwich and a fried fillet on mine when I ordered a grilled (the reciept and the sandwich box both say grilled). Thank the Lord that my wife has no food allergies. As for mine, the reason it was ordered grilled was due to a heart concern that came up a few weeks ago and now I am waiting on my cardiologist appointment to confirm. I ordered grilled on whole grain as a conscious choice. The better of the two evils so to speak due to personal schedule and meal time. I dont understand this issue when the order was placed online, the prompt displays completely legibly, and even the box had grilled print on it's label. All of this after you guys forgot my sandwich in the first place. This Chic-fil-A use to be something to brag about, with how you guys conducted yourselves through Covid and Helene. Lately yall haven't been hitting par. My concern is if these mistakes are made with someone more sensitive health wise it will be your fault. I mean I ate it, had to due to scheduling. Just be careful. The job is read and execute. Just like we were trained in the Navy, you are faster if you learn how not to rush. Thinking methodically equals less mistakes. From now on you orders get checked in the drive thru and I reckon the boxes will have to be opened due to the fact that if you have a printed statement placed on the box and then you open it and thats not what you ordered means the place you've trusted in a pinch has now lied to you.

Chick-Fil-A is DA BOMB!!!! 🤩
Other fast food joints need to take lessons on how CFA employees should treat their customers!! They are always super friendly with a smile, no matter what. The dining rooms are always clean, the tables are always clean, the bathrooms are always clean. Plus, I love the fact that they are closed on Sundays, the Lord's day. Oh, I didn't even mention the food yet! The chicken is always fresh and cooked well and crunchy! And they don't give you a hard time or charge you extra for requesting a couple of extra sauces. We go to Chick-fil-A in any town we visit!

What an awesome Chick-fil-A and wonderful group of folks that make the dream work! I went in this morning with 10 minutes left to place a breakfast catering order, and Josh and his team made it work for us! They were all smiles and great attitudes! Everything was perfect and the group we gifted it to was so exited!!! I mean.....EVERYONE LOVES CHICK-FIL-A!!!!. We are so thankful for our Gaffney SC Chick-Fil-A! Thank you for always being the very best of the best!

The food used to be good, but 4/13/26 I went and got a 12piece grilled nugget meal, and a chocolate chip cookie, so I got it and went down road to park to eat. So as I was preparing my nuggets I the top ones was hot off grill but the last 4 pieces was cold to eat like they wasn't fully cooked. Then my fries I only got 2 big fries made it looked full, but it wasn't full after the big fries the rest was pieces of fries like that totally sucked, the food at this location used to be good but as many places they getting into hurries cooking and bagging food that it's not prepared right, and I know everything changes as u pay more with little quality things nowadays but the drink cups gotten smaller with more ice and so little drink 😢 only thing in my bag was absolutely hot & good was the chocolate chip cookie. It will be a while b4 I got back to this location.

While stopping for food during our church college tour trip, we had the best experience of our lives!!! We want to give a BIG THANK YOU to our new mum mum Joyce!
