Very disappointing experience ordering at Taco Bell for the very first time. I ordered the Meal for 4 and was missing a Crunchwrap. I always check my bag before leaving, and when I got to the window, I overheard an employee say, “I thought they wouldn’t know.” Considering I had just discovered that a Crunchwrap I paid for was missing, it certainly sounded like they were expecting me not to check my bag or notice that something was missing.

I never confronted them or asked them to remake anything because I’ve worked in fast food before, and I know some employees can do heinous things to people’s food.

My Crunchwraps also weren’t grilled, and I paid extra for steak but didn’t get any on both of my Crunchwrap. No apology, no explanation, nothing.
One last thing on top of all the employee at the window dropped some of the sauce packets on the floor and then put them back in my bag. That is completely unsanitary. Once food-service items hit the floor, they should be discarded not put back into a customer’s order. That alone was unacceptable.

I gotta say. Taco Bell is probably one of my favorite restaurants and every time I’ve been to this location the service has been outstanding even if there’s one or two employees there. Tonight I just finished off making some DoorDash runs and I ordered some supper before I went home and forgot to add a drink. But I went up to the window. I explained to the lady that I had forgot to add about happily just order one to pay for it And she refused to let me pay for the drink. It might not seem like much, but I’ve had a very difficult time recently hence why I was door dashing till midnight and that small gesture made such a large impression on me. These are the kind of people you want working in customer service I will be going back to the store every time.

The staff is extremely friendly but the food is quite awful. I spent $15 on two simple chicken quesadillas and they were just filled with old, burnt chicken and barely any cheese. I don't do these kinds of things but that experience was terrible, the staff would rather goof off and talk to one another than actually do any real work. From someone who also works in fast food, do better please. I will no longer go to this Taco bell even though its the only location open at 1am after my own shift is over.

Adding on: Do not apply for a job you cannot handle. Learn to do your job properly every single day just like the rest of us, how would you feel is Doctors acted in the way your staff at this TacoBell does? Yeah...not so funny anymore.

We stopped at this Taco Bell last night and ordered the steak nacho fries. After just a few bites, it was obvious they were old, cold, and a very small portion. I politely let the shift leader know, but instead of helping, he immediately got an attitude with me and refused to make fresh ones. He also wouldn’t return the fries I had already paid for. The whole interaction felt rude and unprofessional—like I was being accused of trying to get something for free instead of just expecting edible food. Very disappointing service and food quality. Won’t be returning. I understand people try to get free food sometimes. Fries are something that should always be served HOT and fresh. We were not asking for anything free only to have what we ordered to be enjoyable.

This is the absolute worst taco bell I've ever been to in my 33 years of life. Went there on a Thurs at 7:27 pm the store was absolutely disgusting trash everywhere my food was completely wrong and cold. When I got home and realized everything was wrong I called the store 15 times to try and speak with a manager and no one answered. Went back the next day with some of the food and pictures and proof of my purchase and they only replaced half of my order. The customer service here is HORRIBLE. Would love to speak with corporate or someone who is over the GM here.
