Manager yelled at me after they made my food wrong twice. First burger was not plain, second didn’t have bacon. Manager threw the bacon in a container to the employee to hand to me. I get that it’s a fast food place, and it’s late, but no need to be rude to a customer. Probably the worst customer service I have had in a long time, and will choose to spend my money elsewhere.

They asked us what sause we wanted with our meals, so we told them. After looking at the receipt, they charged us ¢50 per sauce packet, for 7 sauce packets - there was only one in the bag. But at least the food was warm when we got it.

Went in at a busy time and had no issues with our order, just took a few minutes.
Worst part fo the entire experience-thry were broadcasting Fox News in the dining room. Not interested in that, but it definitely didn't ruin our dine-in experience.

I used to stop by Wendy’s pretty often because it was convenient, but lately this location has been very inconsistent. The wait time was longer than expected, my order was not as fresh as before, and the overall experience just didn’t feel worth coming back for. Because of that, I started going to Chex Grill & Wings only about 3 minutes away, and honestly the food quality and flavor have been much better for me. Hoping this Wendy’s location can improve service and consistency in the future.

I am not a fast food person, so don't take my review to heart if you love this chain. I have a biased opinion and was here under distress from a friend who swore it was the bees knees. The customer service was good.
