Good experience, for as long as the line was food was made fairly fast. Tasty burger! Highly recommend the Brioche bun.

I was having some trouble with my order on the little screens at the front and someone came around the counter to help me. His manager then helped make my order for me since he was helping me up front. Everyone seemed to be working well together as a team, and happy to help me :)

Furious!!! I've never been to this particular store previously and unless this issue is satisfactorily taken care of, I will never return. I drove 22 minutes to grab breakfast amid a crazy day. I sat in line for 10 minutes, I ordered TWO breakfast CHICKEN burritos, hold the hash browns, then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for them to finish/deliver my order. At this point, I have over 40 minutes of my precious time invested in this breakfast. I get to my destination two hours later ready to eat one of the burritos and as I opened it to add salsa, I see BACON!!! I don't eat pork or red meat! Open the other... BACON!!
Checking the order label, the cashier got it right, it was the kitchen that screwed it up!
I attempted to call the number listed on their website but on half a dozen attempts, I received the "Verizon Wireless number" is not accepting calls.
1) I want my money back
2) I want a gift card to sufficiently cover my time lost and overall hassle (I've just wasted another 30 minutes)
3) I want a manager to provide me a valid telephone number so we can resolve this matter
