I am a student and come to this location a lot. Was inspired to write a good review of the excellent customer service based on my most recent visit. They were out of sweet potato noodles, and since that’s my favorite part of the meal I asked if it would be ok for me to sit and wait until the fresh batch was ready (the worker said it would be about 6 minutes). While I was waiting they gave me a free complimentary drink and when the noodles were ready, they insisted I skip to the front of the line since I was there waiting first. The whole time all the workers were super nice and friendly. And the food is always delicious every time I go. Thanks uptown Bibibop for being awesome.

Visiting from out of town.
Constant flow of people coming into the store, but there was barely a line since the service was so fast. Staff were patient and informative, food tasted fresh and portions were filling. Chicken and miso salmon were both a bit on the salty side though.
Free miso soup was a welcome surprise, and the people at the counter were extremely welcoming when they found out we were visiting. Definitely felt welcomed into Cleveland with open arms :)

I love eating at Bibibop. It’s something I treat myself to every once in a while. But today was horrendous. I don’t know who was running the show this day, but they must’ve been shorthanded or something because the place was a mess (see pics). The service was horrible and the food was disappointing.

I just returned home from studying for finals and opened my order. To my surprise, there was a plastic straw wrapper mixed in with my food. At a price point of $13, I expect basic quality control, and this is the first time I have experienced something like this.

I want to bring this to your attention because a foreign object in a meal is not simply an inconvenience. It is a preventable breakdown in food-handling procedures. Please advise on how you would like to address this.

Mann this is some delicious Asian fusion food here very tasty . A wide variety of choices ,I had the spicy chicken and Tofu mixed together. Lot of toppings and not horribly priced . I paid 11 dollars with double protein. Very friendly staff as well ! Very nice seating inside.
