If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Chipotle needs to bring up thier a team to this location. Burn it down and start again. No ice. Chairs not out no garbage cans out. Horrible condition of food going out and more. 911 Chipotle this store needs fixed

Consistently terrible service! Waited inside for nearly 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged my existence, (nobody will ever look you in the eye or greet you) then proceeded to act annoyed by me ordering. This worker clearly had no idea what they were doing and to give me attitude on top of that is Unbelievable!! Chipotle needs to get it together!

I'll start this by saying it's chipotle. My expectations aren't exactly high to begin with. All I expect is solid service and decent food.

To start the first lady asked what I want with an attitude. I told her a bowl with white rice and both beans. She gave the rice and black beans but forgot the pinto, I then reminded her that I wanted pinto beans and she rolled her eyes before putting it on.

It was somewhat busy when I went and they only had the one lady and the cashier working, the cashier took over my order after the first lady put on beans, I told her I want chicken and watched as she scooped up the chicken only for half of the chicken to fall off the scoop. I then said "do you think I could get a little bit more chicken half of that scoop fell off" to which she replied "you want double?" I said " no I just want a few more pieces since I only got a half scoop" I didn't want to argue with her so I just said whatever.

She then went to check me out and didn't even ask if I want anything else and was very annoyed when I asked for a fountain drink since she had already put my bowl in the system. Then walked off before I even paid and just ignored me when I said have a good day. Terrible service terrible portions terrible experience

The restaurant is also pretty dirty and has no toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. I've been to plenty of chipotles in Northeast Ohio and even in Europe and I have to say this is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been too

Small portion sizes. I went to chipotle over Moe's because I thought they fixed this????! $13??

Chipotle still makes for a solid lunch option, but the overall quality—both in taste and service—has noticeably declined over time. On this visit, the first prep worker provided a nice touch by offering me a sample of their new chicken, and the second was generous with portions, making sure the meal was satisfying.

However, the checkout experience left something to be desired. When I asked for an extra vinaigrette, the cashier rolled her eyes, which dampened the otherwise smooth service.

While it’s not quite the Chipotle experience it used to be, it’s still a decent spot for a quick, filling meal—just don’t expect the same consistency from years past.
