The workouts are so challenging, but fun. I enjoy the support from all of the staff and the other members. I have definitely found my fitness family! The workouts are able to be modified so all fitness levels are welcome. They celebrate the victories including number of classes completed, Kickboxer of the Month, small competitions, theme nights, and Transformation Thursday.

The classes at I love kickboxing are fun and motivating for a great workout! The staff and people you meet make it the best hour of your day. I have gained so much confidence and enjoy working out now. The staff makes sure you challenge yourself to meet your own goals. This is a great workout for people at all levels in their fitness goals.

I started going here about 3 weeks ago. At first I was skeptical as to whether I would be fit enough to even do kickboxing. After going in and talking to the very friendly and supportive staff, I completed my first class and fell in love forever. The staff is so supportive and encouraging. The classes are super fun and will challenge you every time. Every class is different in some way and really challenges you regardless of your fitness level. I love this gym so much that I even recruited my 14 yr old son to join. He absolutely loves the workout he gets during these classes too. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun workout and super supportive staff who will see you reach your goals. In 3 weeks I have lost 15lbs and 9 inches.

The instructors are AMAZING! Energetic, welcoming, and personal from the moment you step in! They really keep you going and make sure you have the right form. Super positive environment and super clean! I'm not an active person, but this makes me want to keep coming and keep moving!
