Outstanding service. I had scheduled a transmission fluid change, based on the manufacturer's specs, for my 2020 Acura RDX, along with an oil change and a few other services. I got a call from Jack's telling me I didn't need the transmission work, everything was fine, saving me several hundred dollars! Also, their charges for the other services were less than other places I contacted.

What a pleasure it is to deal with a truly honest business. They could have just done the work and charged me and I wouldn't have known the difference.

Jack's will definitely be my go-to place for future service work.

Wonderful service! My car broke down downtown and when I called Jack Smith's they told me to bring it right over. I've been here twice now and the service both times was excellent. They are very knowledgeable. My car is running better than it has in a long time and I'm noticing I'm getting better gas mileage than I was previously. Highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and honest. Valerie is amazing she's been helping to take care of my cars for years. Mike the technician has also been helpful in keeping me "babies" running. Another gentleman I believe his name was Tim or Tom called me during the process and was very nice and professional as well! You are only charged for the work that actually gets done, and they give you the news about your vehicle in a business-like and straightforward way. Highly recommend this place!

Tom and the crew at Jack Smith's have been phenomenal to work with. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Overall 5 star service and very reasonably priced on labor and parts. Identified my transmission issue and got me in and out the door, same day. My F150 is driving like new.

Tom and his team at Jack Smith’s are really terrific to work with; straight forward, good follow up and communication, fair prices, very responsive. My first time there, and they figured out the strange sounds were from a failed transmission mount. They ordered the part quickly, changed the low oil too, for a very reasonable price, and in 24 hours I had my car back in tip top shape. Great folks too! I will take my car there with any issue from now on. Love these people.
