So after an exasperating experience with Matt Hendrix at Lake Street Motors here is my recommendation. DON'T TRY TO BUY ANYTHING THEY SELL IF YOU ARE OUT OF STATE. I called over the weekend to inquire about a vehicle I was much interested in. I had been looking for one like this for some time. They didn't call back until Monday. He ultimately gave me a price Tues. which I accepted. With me living in Fla. a friend was to drive there from Wisconsin the next day to look at it. After the inspection I was to wire the funds to them. I thought we are all set. I offered a NON refundable deposit of 10% (around $2000) which he refused. My friend called Tues afternoon to set up a meeting and was later texted that the vehicle was sold. REALLY! There was no consideration for the effort I had put into working with them. If I was the manager/owner there I would send little Matt back for customer service training. I won't make the mistake of dealing with people like them again. George Davis Englewood, Fla.

Me and my husband bought a 2015 suburban from lake st. Rudy and the manager were fast at getting us approved and great to work with! They are awesome and super helpful! We would definitely buy from again!!!

Rudy is the best. We had an amazing experience buying a truck from here. They are very upfront and honest about things, and he got us a good deal with the extras my husband needed added on the truck for his work. Would recommend them to anyone.

Just bought my truck. The truck is amazing! George and the rest of the staff there are very friendly and really try to work with you! We went back and forth, but eventually came to a deal where everyone was happy! I never felt pressured. I’m so glad I made the deal! I love the truck! Thank you George, Don, and everyone else. It was actually a really nice buying experience! Would definitely recommend these guys.
