First and foremost I wanna thank god for allowing me to come across such an amazing car lot. When I tell you guys that OSCAR IS THE TRUTH, he definitely ten toes down for his customers. His word is everything. Trust me I drove way from Racine, and he told my ride she can leave, I was in good hands like all state!!! lol He made sure this whole transaction was smooth and sweet!! I had butterflies the whole time driving there. He made me feel so secure even with me rebuilding my credit, they didn’t judge me off of anything I had on my credit. When I tell you guys don’t sleep on CARFECT car-lot. They mean business. If any other car lot is turning your down, don’t give up they got your back, like four flats on a Cadillac 💯💪🏾 OSCAR THANK YOU SOOO MUCH I WILL REFER ANYBODY HERE!!! I will be back again!! And last but not least Miss Carol you are an amazing manager, you are very respectful, kind, sweet. You also made my journey amazing from the time I walked in there. Nothing but great energy. You guys deserve beyond 5 stars lol the whole crew is amazing even the detail guy. I mean very pleasant fellas. A lot of smiles today keep up the good work you guys!!! Thanks for the Pizza Hut that was very welcoming and unexpected!! Keep grinding 🤑❤️

Yesiner Morales was very nice, professional and explained everything very well and thorough to me and my fiance. She made sure to help us find the exact vehicle we wanted and we love it. She knew we drove a pretty good distance to come see what they had to offer and got us right back onto the road rolling.

Hello hello! I’m just here to talk about the AMAZING experience our family had at Carfect in Elgin IL!
Colton was absolutely fantastic! The moment we came up to the doors he immediately recognized us and held the door open with a smile! Between the impeccable customer service, and the kindness and compassion Colton went above and beyond to make sure we felt like we were making the right choice.
We shared stories about another other dealer in the area and the concerns we’ve had with them and Colton was able to reassure my significant other and myself plus the in- laws! We walked away with a fantastic Jeep Compass and couldn’t be happier!

Thanks SO MUCH Colton! You’re amazing, I couldn’t of asked for a better salesmen 💕
