The team was great too to bottom. Each phase of the service was laid out. Everything was clearly explained as well as informative. When it was time for the removal an install of the air conditioning and heating it was flawless. The crew was truly professional. They were quiet and quick. Any questions were answered and explained with ease. Over all just great service.

I wanted to share our recent experience with this company regarding our electric tankless hot water heater. We initially hired them to evaluate the unit, during which they cleaned, reset an interior filter, and recommended a vinegar flush as a solution. For this visit, we were charged $445. The day after, my husband carried out the vinegar flush for three hours, but unfortunately, the same problem persisted—the unit continued cutting off after using hot water and required frequent resets.

We invited the company back to conduct further analysis, and their recommendation was to replace the unit entirely. After discussing the issue with the manufacturer, they also agreed that replacing the unit was the best course of action. I ordered a new unit, which wasn’t much more expensive than the amount we had already spent. The manufacturer assured us that swapping out the unit for the same model should be a straightforward task for an experienced plumber, estimating it would only require 15 to 30 minutes.

When we contacted the company for an installation estimate, they quoted us $1,300 for the job and explained that they could hook up the plumbing, but we would need to hire an electrician to do the rest. Based on our experience, I want to caution others that while this company may excel with traditional hot water heaters, they were unable to resolve issues with our electric tankless unit. It would have been helpful if they had informed us upfront that they don’t specialize in these units before we paid almost $500 with no resolution. If you need work done on an electric tankless hot water heater, I highly recommend finding another company for the job.

My recent HVAC installation by “HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited” resulted in a very positive experience from start to finish. Because my home has an unusually tight air-handler space, I spent time researching companies before moving forward. HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited not only came in with a competitive price, but they also clearly had the experience needed for a more challenging installation.
Danny was an excellent technician — knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always willing to answer my questions thoroughly.
Dylan, the installation manager, was also extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process. Communication was consistent, and the team delivered exactly what was promised.
Everyone showed up on time, treated my home respectfully, and the installation went more smoothly than expected. I’m very happy with the final result and glad I chose HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited.

The technician who came today did an excellent job servicing the air conditioning system. He was punctual, professional, and very respectful.

He cleaned the drain line, the coils, and the blower, and also added insulation to the wiring on the rooftop. Everything was done carefully and thoroughly.

He explained the work clearly and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. I really appreciated his attention to detail and professionalism.

Highly recommended.
