Was in NY for a work trip and this clinic was great. Not only did they see me the same day but the doctor was in the room in two minutes I was out in a total of 10 minutes and I was fully heard and fully seen. I will be returning the next time. I’m back in town.

My appointment with Dr. Fuzayloff was incredibly unprofessional and uncouth. After combatively advising against testing for an STD I was exposed to (which was the reason I came). He told me the lab doesn’t take self pay patients. Which is fine, but then proceeded to talk about how these patients often don’t “pay” the lab after services which could potentially close their account — it felt insulting as someone who just gave their clinic $90. He proceeded to then rip up the form I filled out in front of my face and threw it in the trash. The most unprofessional, crass experience from a doctor I’ve ever experienced in my entire life. This behavior is unacceptable, and I hope this was just a bad day for him. I left jarred.

Kind and Clean. Efficient. Affordable out of pocket costs without commercial insurance coverage. Provider is kind, patient and extremely responsive to all questions asked. Highly recommend for quick, safe care. There is a $90.00 OV fee plus any services rendered are at an extra cost for care discussed with the Provider.

Appointment was scheduled for 6pm, but they were nice to let me go in earlier (5pm). The clinic is clean & doctor was nice who explained the process to me.

There were 3 receptions who helped me. One had asked me to pay the copay. Which I asked "what is the copay for"? This reception proceeded to roll her eyes at me which I called her out on. She then proceeded to ask another reception to explain the term "copay" to me. Which was not my question.
I was told that it was for the office visit and so I paid. My insurance actually covered the entire visit & I was able to get a refund check which I had to visit their office to get.

They use lab fly (app) for their results. I was told that the results would be available in 2-3 days. I waited over a week and had to call them to get my results. The guy I spoke to on the phone was very nice and told me my results through the phone + sent me my results to my email.
