Could not get to the front desk just for a simple question. The phone answering service just wanted to pass me onto a text or email. I'm guessing they don't hire intelligent people that can answer a simple question. I'll just take my business to another place.

Always professional and courteous. But the music in the waiting rooms and wait area has got to go. Hard to hear staff.

I had the best experience a person could ask for when looking for care on an urgent basis. The two nice Receptionists at the front desk, Aliyah and Shannon, were very warm, welcoming and empathetic to my situation. Even though I made an appointment, there was no one waiting in the lobby so they got me into an exam room pretty fast.
Dr. Steve Woolweaver was an amazing PA. He was very kind, an excellent listener, very thorough and gentle when testing what areas are painful. He spent lots of time with me getting down to the source of my pain and I feel his diagnosis was spot on! He did an awesome job of explaining it in layman's terms for me and was clear about the immediate plan moving forward & how I will follow up with My Sport's Doc in a couple weeks.
I like to go to Henry Ford UC's because they have access to MyChart and can see my entire history and I don't have to rely on my memory as much.
If you're looking for a GREAT Urgent Care with a wonderful Staff, look no further than the Henry Ford Urgent Care at Wonderland Village!

This place is absolutely horrible in everyway... they can't figure out anyone's insurance. It is a continue problem any time i have gone there. I will not be returning and the lady behind the counter is very rude and she doesn't like to actually assist you when you are there.

I don’t recommend this urgent care. They will leave you in the room for over a hour waiting for a flu test results.
