I ordered the nourish bowl and it was way better than when I tried to order my own combination of options a few years ago.. first time ive been back and very grateful I chose the precocoted bowl. This was a very unique flavor punch, something that is much needed if you want to break up the monotony of every day plane Jane food we've had for a long time.. similar to an Asian chipotle. I absolutely love Bibibop, and this review is simply about the service at the 7800 Montgomery Rd location.

I've had great experiences at other Bibibop locations, but this one felt completely different. It seemed like the staff simply didn't care about serving customers properly.

When you're paying for a meal, you expect a reasonable portion of each topping. I asked for corn and received only a few kernels, as if they were counting them out one by one. I requested potatoes and got just four small cubes. Thinking it was a mistake, I asked for an extra serving—only to receive four more cubes. The same happened with the black beans, where I was served barely half a spoonful.

No one’s expecting overflowing portions, just the standard serving that's expected. Unfortunately, this experience felt unnecessarily disappointing, especially compared to the consistently great service I've received at other Bibibop locations.

I don’t think the customer should ask that many times to serve a reasonable portion. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location anytime soon!

I wanted to hate this place because I feel like they misspelled my favorite Korean dish, Bibimbap. But I eventually tried it because these days Wendy's combo meal is the same price.

It was good. Get the Seoul Bowl if you like Bibimbap. It's not the same as actual Bibimbap, but it's very good.

My daughter and I have been coming to this location for years. The food is great, the prices very fair and the employees are always polite and friendly. They also have a rewards program (accumulate 100 points, get a $5 reward). Highly recommend.

Delicious healthy food, big portions we took so much home. Gluten free can be so tasty! Probably better than Cava with the Korean bbq beef yum yum. Free miso soup!
