Super dirty, workers were moving way too fast and spilled a ton of shit, I asked for a little sour cream and he doused me and my sisters food in sour cream, didn’t ask if we wanted it done in or to go, and spilled it while putting it in the bag. Would give zero stars if I could, take the extra time to drive to a different location.

I order from this chipotle a couple times a month and continue to be disappointed with my experience. I will be driving an additional 20 minutes moving forward to go to a different chipotle.

Ordering online constantly gives less food than if you go through the line in person. If you use the drive through you’ll have to wait many minutes being being helped.

I came in during lunch today at 12:30 and they were out of meat and had a 10 minute wait until more meat was ready. It seems like a basic requirement to have food prepared for the lunch time.

If I didn’t live walking distance to this Chipotle, I would never go back. I have never seen so many employees at a Chipotle that is so disjointed in the Chipotle process. It is always a mess, inside and out, they never have food ready in time or are just plain out. How do you run out of lettuce at dinner time when there isn’t even a rush? It shouldn’t take me 15 mins to go through the line when there are 7 employees and 8 customers in the line. I literally watched the cashier just walk around the restaurant while 1 employee was working through the line at a sloth’s pace, pace around, not clean up the trash, not re stock the emptied out canteen, just walked around looked at the line and then went back to the cashier station. I worked in the service industry for 4 years and if anyone worked at that pace with their lackadaisical attitude, everyone but 1 of those 7 employees would be canned. Management needs to do their job and fix this bc I’m clearly not the only one saying this exact same thing.

As a Chipotle lover, I was thrilled when this one opened close to me in Walnut Hills. I ordered from here at least 14-15x before leaving a review. This is truly the worst location I’ve ever been to. Most of the employees are rude, they are always out of something (I mean always), and often it is cold and doesn’t taste fresh. It doesn’t appear to be understaffed as a handful of people are always standing around behind the counter. The final straw was for me when I ate a cold bowl and got food poisoning. I will unfortunately not be able to eat any Chipotle for a long time. As a successful company that prides themselves on fresh ingredients and customer service, I would do a serious evaluation of this place.

Remarkably bad location, literally haven’t had a single positive experience of the three times I’ve tried this one as it is closest to where I live, but never again. I came in today at 12:15pm, they were out of both types of chicken and barbacoa. Zero employees on the grill, the guy who was apparently assigned that duty is just like slowly walking around with a disgruntled look despite them rapidly running out of food during literal peak lunch hours, dishes piling up, the food line is dirty with smeared cheese, sour cream, lettuce. This is essentially the same thing that’s happened the previous two times I’ve gone here, but at least then the food was stocked This location needs to close for two weeks, hire and train like 40 people because you know 65% are just gonna immediately be useless and quit/be fired.
