Very pleased with my order food was delicious, but I was missing a few small items. Wanted to call and say something however I didn't I wanted to eat my food. So without my kola lemonade and a chimi sauce it still was delicious, well deserve fir dinner.

As you can see I have a bug in my salad. The grilled chicken i ordered was cold, the bread was hard as a rock and wasn't given a straw for my drink.. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!

It took them 90 to get my order and when it finally came out it was missing things and I guess they thought that didn't matter because they put things in my bag I didn't ask for. They said they could not refund me my money because it was ordered for pickup with Uber eats. Who i also complained too and they didn't feel like I warranted a refund either. And at the end of the day the quesadilla was flavorless and the fried mushrooms were obviously fried in dirty grease. The fries were cold and gross. The only thing that was decent was the broccoli.

I ordered a new York strip and my sister ordered a sirloin. Both steaks we asked to be well done. Both steaks came out medium with blood in them. We sent them back and they came out medium well in some spots and some spots had blood in it. The waiter said that well done is supposed to have some pink in it which in their menu says well done no pink. My sister didn't eat hers and I took mine home to finish cooking it. I then ordered a to-go order of the bbq grilled chicken for my wife. I would've ordered a steak but couldn't chance it not being cooked right and my wife works 7pm to 7am as a nurse and when she had her lunch and she cut the chicken open at 2am it wasn't done. So all she had was a salad and mac and cheese. Not sure who they had cooking but they need more training or the cooking equipment needs to be serviced. I haven't been to outback in a while and I was very disappointed in the food. I spent over a hundred and twenty dollars for food that wasn't cooked properly.

After fasting for Ramadan all day I get to work. I thought I spent almost $100 on food and I have this in my food call to speak to the manager and he said oh do you want me to make the broccoli over for you? No, I think that my whole meal should be paid for. This is gross and I don’t wanna eat here ever again. Be careful and be aware.
