Very friendly and helpful! My wife’s ring was bent and we were told by the jewelers we bought it from that all they could do was replace it with a different ring since it was a discontinued piece. My husband and I have trusted Gary and his family with some of our most meaningful jewelry pieces. Gary created my custom engagement ring and bracelet, and we also purchased our Verragio wedding bands during one of their trunk sales.

From the very beginning, they have been wonderful to work with—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in making each piece perfect. My engagement ring is everything I ever dreamed of and more, thanks to Gary’s incredible craftsmanship.

Most recently, my husband’s wedding band accidentally fell out of his pocket while he was working and it was run over. We were devastated, but Gary was able to reshape and refinish it, and it now looks absolutely brand new.

I am so happy my fiancé chose this jeweler for my engagement ring! Not only is the ring absolutely stunning, but the entire team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout the whole process. My ring needed a slight resize, and when we brought it in on a Saturday, it was ready by Wednesday — fitting perfectly.

POSITIVE REVIEW ALERT...Jewelry edition! I recently broke my wedding ring that I've worn for EVERYTHING I do over the last almost 24 years. This ring has seen it all! Spivak Jewelers was recommended on a Facebook group so my husband and I went in to see about a repair and we were both pleasantly surprised with the service and outcome. I mean look at the shine on my ring! I had lost 2 stones on the sides and the center piece had broken off. The before and after pics are night and day. This is another small family owned business that I will promote everywhere I go. It's so important to keep the small businesses that we love around so please keep them in mind for all your jewelry needs. ❤

Incredibly thankful for our experience buying our engagement rings and wedding bands at Spivak Jewelers, especially as a couple who wanted something less traditional (but still had no idea what we wanted!).

They were the first jeweler we went to while looking for engagement rings- we tried a few other jewelers after, but none could compare to the attention and experience of our first visit here. We are totally not the people who would write a review for a jeweler (or even ever walk into one), but after working with Spivak Jewelers we understand why people have a “family jeweler.”

We naturally found our wedding bands here as well, and everyone remembered us!! We have even stopped back in their store after our wedding to say thank you in person!!!! We each wear both of our rings every day and they still feel as sparkly and new as the day we got them.
