I have used Concord Htg & A/C twice in the past few years--installation of a new HVAC system & a recent installation of a mini-split, along with maintenance of the system. The installation guys are professional, knowledgeable, on time & polite, as is the maintenance guys. They also clean up the waste with nothing left for me to clean. The ladies in the office are wonderful & act like they've known me forever. Another "shout-out" goes to their electrician Jeff. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Concord Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., did a wonderful job installing our new unit. Our initial visit to the company was very refreshing. They were very friendly, we laughed and talked. It was a wonderful Icebreaker to Introduce ourselves and get the needed paperwork done too get the job started to replace our 19 year-old unit. They sent three people out to do the work, one worker was the owner himself of the company. They arrived at the time that was agreed-upon and worked diligently all day. They were very friendly and professional, and knew their craft. It did take them the better part of the day to pull out all the old and put in the new and they made sure everything was clean when they left. My husband was so satisfied he treated them all to Pizza for lunch. We had one little hiccup that the unit stopped working the next day. My husband had the owner’s personal number that he gave him in case if anything went wrong. And it was a little box that water collects in that you have to clean out the water and it started right back up, so moving forward, if it stops that’s what needs to be done. We are very pleased with the unit keeps the house cool at 77°. So if you need any Heating & Air work to be done I recommend Concord, Heating & Air Conditioning Inc., in Concord, North Carolina.

This is a great company. I’ve used them for years. Always very friendly when you call and most importantly very helpful. Every technician that has come to my house is very nice and polite and gets the problem resolved quickly. I’ve always thought their prices are fair as well. Thank you so much for everything you do!

We highly recommend Concord Heating & Air. We did interview another local Trane dealer, but Concord Heating & Air gave us the best deal and was the most knowledgeable about available options for replacing our 19 year old HVAC system. Drew was our main contact and was very knowledgeable and awesome to work with. Oscar and Braxton worked most of the day to remove our old HVAC and install our new system. They were very professional, answered any questions we had and were great representatives of this company. The office manager Candace was also very helpful and easy to work with. All in all, we had an excellent experience with this company and highly recommend them.

Concord Heating and Air are a well established, very professional and efficient company and I won’t use any other AC company. They’re honest and fair and I have been extremely satisfied with every service they’ve done on my AC unit. This last time Owen came by and was thorough and unrushed, making sure it was 100% before he left. The admin dept is extremely helpful and answered all the questions I had and gave me suggestions to try before they came out when my AC was playing up. Highly recommend this company for all your AC needs. Thank you to all the staff who have helped me.
