SA Sloop and their employees are top notch. They have been my service provider for years. Our technician Hunter is very thorough and so nice. He gives details, explains things, and makes sure everything is working properly. He gives us a heads up when he sees something may need replacing in the near future. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service we receive from Hunter and SA Sloop. I highly recommend them.

Hunter was amazing! He was knowledgeable and thorough in troubleshooting. Got our AC back up and running in no time. He had a great easy-going personality and didn’t miss a beat having to work with little kids and toys around during summer break. This is greatly appreciated, as not everyone is quite as patient! We will always use them for future needs and highly recommend.

Over the past three years, SA Sloop has consistently delivered outstanding HVAC service for our home here in North Carolina. Each summer, they helped “nurse” our aging air conditioning system through the intense heat, always providing reliable, honest, and timely support when we needed it most.

This May, as temperatures started to climb, our old AC system finally gave out. Without hesitation, we called SA Sloop; and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Their team responded quickly, walked us through our options, and had a brand-new system fully installed in just one day.

The installation process was smooth, professional, and efficient from start to finish. Now, our home feels amazing; ool, comfortable, and ready for another long, hot North Carolina summer.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy HVAC company for AC repair, maintenance, or full system replacement, I highly recommend SA Sloop. Their reliability, responsiveness, and quality workmanship make them a top choice for anyone needing heating and cooling services.

We have used S.A. Sloop for years. They are honest and reliable as well as fairly priced. Michael is the beat technician there is. He is honest and tells us when he sees problems with our HVAC system that we don't know about. We always request Michael when we have maintenance service because he is the best!

We have used SA Sloop for years and they have always been reliable and honest. In a very hard time my heat went out we called them and was told we needed a completely new system. They came and got us temporary heat until we could make a decision. They followed up with out emails, phone calls and million questions. They showed up early to start the install, they finished in a timely manner. They were very professional. I can’t thank Phil, Jamie, Tammy, Miguel, Tayton, and there were 2 others I can’t remember their names. I am sorry. We Love SA Sloop and recommend them to everyone and will continue to do so.
