Sudin was extremely helpful to me! I’m not much of a technical person. He was very patient and polite and helped me with my transaction

The employees like to do things THEIR way rather than following policy. No, a box is NOT required for amazon returns unless SPECIFIED on the return. Funny how this location turns me away for improper packaging, yet the place next door who ships UPS smiled and said have a great day, no box required. Train your employees better yall.

I think some of the employees don’t know what they’re doing. Got charged for an Amazon return I did a month ago. They also made me pay $2 for a bag to return it? Fine but then the return apparently never made it to Amazon. Really annoying. Go here at least once a month.

This UPS store inside Bonney Lake Safeway is always busy but they get you in and out. I have never waited more than a few minutes to do an Amazon return and it is super easy with the helpful staff. I have been to this location Many many times to send or return things and it has always been a 10/10 experience. Thank you!

Normally I dont get denied service but I had 5 packages and the store refused to take them. They attempted to tell me they dont have room in the back, I am such a big customer I know they pile up boxes by copiers normally and 1 hour from truck pickup they just refused. Amazon tells me take it there and they refuse. Then I had to load in truck myself and injured myself. I don't like to be lied to. Custom service is going above and beyond.
