I have regrets about moving to Newcastle just because of this failed excuse of a post office, 4+ missing packages that are small enough to fit inside the mailbox... No one picks up the phone... Not ordering anything online anymore until I move somewhere consistent with real carriers.

Had a really good experience here the dude was real nice and didn’t yell at me. The post office downtown has a dragon lady that yells and is rude as heck!

The employee Christina was extremely rude and sarcastic to customers in-front of me trying to get clarification on packages.
She makes customers questions sound stupid and inconvenient to her.
She was especially rude to a customer ahead of me that may have English as their second language and wrote her letter in a different language. Instead of politely communicating that the letter needs to be corrected, Christina aggressively asked “DOES THIS LOOK LIKE ENGLISH ON THE LETTER TO YOU MAAM??”
There have been reports of multiple reviews and complaints regarding Christina and her behavior, but it doesn’t seem management at this location has done anything to either correct her behavior or terminate her as an employee which is the most concerning part.

I want to express my sincere appreciation to Cindy, the supervisor at USPS in Renton. She helped me resolve an issue I was dealing with, and her level of professionalism was truly outstanding.
Cindy was patient, attentive, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand the situation and handled everything with confidence and care. It’s rare to see this level of customer service today — she was efficient, respectful, and genuinely committed to helping.
I would rate her service 10 out of 10. USPS is fortunate to have someone like Cindy representing them. Thank you again for your support — it made a real difference.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received from Thomas when I went to apply for my passport for the first time. This was an important and unfamiliar process for me, and I came in expecting guidance, patience, and professionalism but unfortunately, I was met with the opposite.Thomas was rude, dismissive, and made me feel like I was a burden for simply asking questions. Instead of explaining things clearly or offering any form of support, he responded with an attitude that was cold, impatient, and frankly disrespectful. His behavior made an already stressful process even more uncomfortable and confusing. It’s deeply concerning that someone in a public-facing role, especially when dealing with sensitive and important documents like passports, would treat applicants this way — especially first-timers who may be nervous or unsure. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic kindness and respect, regardless of their experience level.
I sincerely hope the management addresses this, as no one should be made to feel unwelcome or looked down upon while trying to complete an important life task. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the entire office and undermines trust in the process.
