Great service! I only had to store items for a month but the staff made it very simple and convenient for me to rent the unit, and to access it. Super secure and clean. I'd use Island storage again anytime. Nice central location as well.

We had storage here for around 4 years and we are very pleased with the quality of the storage containers. The lot is well lit and always easy to get around, even in the snow. We just had to call ahead an hour to have our smaller container dropped. Sarah is so helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend Island Self Storage. Thank you!!

Love storing my things here. I have used it twice, once in 2021 and again in 2024. Both times my experience was wonderful. I always feel safe leaving my item there. Staff that I dealt with were always very friendly. Thank you for helping us when with needed a storage area.

Island Self Storage made our transition from Vancouver to Parksville very easy. The staff provided excellent service remotely and allowed me to rent two units via email. We had the units for three months and never had any issues. Highly recommended. The facility is clean, safe and secure.

5 star service from the get-go. Sara was very helpful with both our storage and moving needs . Sara even referred a Mover , who just moved us into our new apartment today. He was also excellent.

The facility is clean, organized, and secure. I plan to refer my friends who are moving to the island in the next few years to use your service. Thank you so much.

Absolutely lovely staff, access to storage is perfect, I left my storage door unlocked accidently one day and they called me to let me know, they are very competent and very accessible, I would use them again if I needed to.
