I can't say enough how incredible this pediatrician office is. I have 3 young children so I am there often and I am always so blown away by the hospitality, how personal everyone is, and most importantly how well cared for my children are. We moved here from CA almost 3 years ago and I felt so welcomed by such a wonderful group of people still to this day, thank you Jana for the warmest welcome almost 3 years ago! You can also so clearly see and feel the wonderful relationships the coworkers have with one another as well. All the nurses are exceptional, the doctors are incredible and take time to connect with your child, and my most important shoutout is to Nurse Kathleen who has probably helped me over mychart with health questions easily over 100 times. My children talk about Dr. Ramirez and Kathleen all the time and I am so thankful my children are in such great hands.

Dr. Dawson is a great pediatrician and nurse Kathleen is wonderful and very helpful.

I went to Dr. Dawson as a child and am now taking both of my girls there. He has tons of experience and is the best pedi in town!!

Please be advised this review is for the business itself and not any one doctor. In fact, the doctors have been outstanding. Dr. Dawson is fantastic. We've seen Dr. White once and she was very nice. The problem is with the support staff. They were horrific.

We were caught up in a scheduling/insurance issue that was made worse by several members of the staff and made appallingly bad by the office manager, Jana W. We preemptively called to cancel an appointment when our insurance changed. A temporary change but in the interim they did not accept our plan. Jana offered to have us come in anyway because we were "established patients". They could file with the interim insurance this one time. Apparently, she was wrong. When we arrived they immediately requested cash to pay for the appointment. Which felt like a scam. Instead of rectifying the problem she belittled my wife in front of the office and myself, essentially calling us degenerates. She lashed out at us for keeping our own personal insurance the same but succumbing to the need to change our son's coverage. She then referenced that it may be something they could do for established patients but that we had only been in 2-3 times so far. Huh? You're the one that said "established" and made offers, we didn't. Maybe have a little courtesy for the first time parents? Yes we may be new to parenting but both of us are college educated business owners, nowhere near deserving of her disdain. She admitted her own error then refused to take onus of the problem when the conversation was loud enough to be heard by others. My wife was near tears. I was in shock. To recap: she stopped us from cancelling the appointment, tried to force us to pay cash at the kept appointment to correct her error, insulted my wife and then sent us on our way untreated. The whole reason for her suggesting we keep the appointment was the importance of the vaccinations he was to receive at that appointment. Quite odd her first resort was to send us home without hesitation.

Again, the doctors are great. But you only visit with them for 10-15 minutes. You spend your time on the phone, in the lobby and for some of the time in the exam room with the support staff. Even though they didn't take an oath, they too have an obligation to your well being. Think twice about trusting your family with a callous individual like Jana. She has no place in customer service or healthcare.
