As a first-time patient at ARC Pediatrics, we had a mixed experience.

The pediatrician was warm, professional, and kind, and made our child feel comfortable throughout the visit. We appreciated the friendly demeanor and willingness to answer our questions. However, the appointment felt a bit rushed. As a new family, we would have appreciated more time to get to know the provider, along with guidance on age-appropriate developmental milestones, nutrition, and safety recommendations. We believe that providing ongoing education for families is just as important as identifying or ruling out medical concerns during well-child visits.

There were also a few issues with the clinic itself. The check-in area was very crowded and felt disorganized, creating a bottleneck for patients entering and exiting the building. In addition, the pediatric department is completely open to other departments and hallways, which raised concerns about safety and privacy for families with young children. Lastly, the exam rooms felt quite small and outdated compared to other pediatric offices we’ve visited.

Overall, the pediatrician left a positive first impression, and we would be happy to see them again. However, improvements to the clinic’s layout, patient flow, and facilities would go a long way toward creating a more welcoming, safe, and family-friendly experience.

My kids have been seeing Dr. Hoang for years and we love her! She is always thorough and takes her time to answer all my questions. So glad to have her as our pediatrician!

Dr. Hoang provided excellent care to my daughter during our visit. She genuinely cared about my daughter’s health and asked lots of questions and examined her doing many different exercises both physically and mentally. She explained in great detail what my daughter needed to do and what she must refrain from doing to recover from her concussion. She provided thorough information and explained the recovery steps and provided paperwork that reinforced everything that she went over. She was very patient and kind and was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Dr. Hoang to anyone and have added her to my list of must-see physicians.

We love Dr. Hoang! She is patient and kind. We started seeing her when our youngest was born last year. We love her so much we decided to make her our oldest’s primary doctor as well! In our opinion she is the best kids doctor in the Cedar Park area!
