Today is September 10, 2026 Rick and the VIP Team are keeping up the great work, quick and great oil and filter changes, new spark plugs, tire rotation and balance, new differential fluid and new transfer case fluid.
Today is July 15, 2026. I took my daughter's 2025 Mazda CX 50 for an oil change, tire rotation and balancing. I was shocked at how quickly the car was completed and was very impressed with the quality of the balancing job and the alignment check. Garth and the new member Chris along with Bobby, Rick and others keep me coming back because they do a great job.
Today is April 1st 2026, this is not an April' Fool's review - Bobby, Rick and the Jones Road Milford NH VIP team continue to keep the stress of car maintenance very low. I've been a customer for going on 20 years. VIP has helped me get the best and safest tires for our assortment of four vehicles. I did a comparison with Sullivan tires and found that VIP has more locations in New England allowing customers to take advantage of the road hazard program and get the full life expectancy out of their tires by keeping them rotated and balanced. Tires are expensive but it's hard to put a price on safety.

Chris is Gone and Garth, Rick, Bobby and Seth and the whole team are doing a great job. In these uncertain times it is great to have the team at VIP on my side helping me keep The four cars I am responsible for maintaining in safe and good working order. I have watched Rick and Garth deal with challenging customers using their professionalism and compassion to help VIPs customers.
Keep up the great work. Happy 2026 to all of you.
Today's visit was just state inspection and oil and filter change but that's critical to keeping our cars on the road for as long as they can last.
Just put Michelin Defenders on my daughter's car and I'll be putting another set on my son's in a month. VIP remains my go to tire supplier and has been for more than 10 years. Haven't found a better place for tires and keeping our cars safe."

My family have been loyal customers of VIP in Milford -- and our last experience only validated that they are as great NOW as they've always been. One of my sons brought another son's car in for brake repair (pads & rotors), alignment, multipoint inspection -- and we couldn't be happier with the results. VIP representative 'Chris" should be given kudos -- he got the job done in one day -- car drives like it's brand new -- and he built enormous 'goodwill' for VIP. We trust them -- FULL STOP.

Not a great experience, brought my Ram in for new tires yesterday. Should have been a 2 hour appointment max, ended up being over 4 hours and I even skipped the alignment check because I had to leave. I have black wheels, they did not clean off the original white adhesive from the old wheel weights, even putting new weights on the old adhesive in some spots. They scratched the inside of two of my rims taking off the old weights. The new weights were put on sloppy. Very visible on black wheels. Not impressed unfortunately.

Decent service. Good pricing. Going to have to bring the car back because they never reprogrammed the TPMS after replacing the tires.

Update. They "fixed" the problem. But not before charging my wife 3x more than their cost for a new tpms sensor that wasnt actually needed. $90 for a single sensor when I can swap counters and buy a set of 4 for $86? Maybe mechanics would have better reputation if they didnt prey on women for profit.

I can’t say enough good things about Seth, Glen, and Bobby at VIP! After needing a jump the day before, I stopped at a nearby parts store to have my battery checked—they turned me away, even though they weren’t busy. Thankfully, VIP was right next door.

Even though they had four appointments booked, they offered to check my battery anyway (not something they normally do). It tested completely dead, and they immediately offered to install a new one for me on the spot!

To top it off, I had my Redbone Coonhound and my daughter’s Springer Spaniel with me—on one leash—and they kindly let me bring the dogs inside while they worked.

They treated me like a priority—and a true VIP. Above and beyond service, kindness, and care. Highly recommend!
