I've known the owner and master mechanic of Kars Inc for over 30 years. Mike Kennedy is a straight shooter. He doesn't waste time trying to bs anyone. He and his very competent staff know exactly what they're doing. They deliver an excellent product at very competitive prices. A trustworthy mechanic is worth his weight in gold, and that's precisely what Mike is.

Mike explains everything throughly and really seems to go above and beyond to provide great service. He’s super nice and got my car fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be back in the future

Great mechanic, really listens and trys to help you and not charge an arm and leg. He will take the time to get parts from the junk-yard to save some cash when available. The team there is very knowledgeable!

Mechanic is very honest and friendly. His prices are much lower than other area shops which is probably why he always has customers tho he seems to make time for everyone. He's a straight shooter and well honestly say whether repairs seem worth doing and alternatives to unnecessary repairs when appropriate. He even buys and sells used cars occasionally and even those prices seem more than fair even compared to the current market which is really high on average. I will definitely return soon and often.

Great place in Holyoke to get your car fixed. The owner Mike has been their for over 25 years and he is very knowledgeable, willing to listen to your concerns and is good on price. Very rare nowadays to find a place like this. Highly recommend.
