We've been taking our Toyotas here on and off for a few years now and at this point I can't think of a reason to go anywhere else. My opinion doesn't just come from our own experiences but overhearing how the team here interacts with some of the older clientele. I feel like we can trust this place and we'll be coming here exclusively in the foreseeable future.

I had a fantastic experience at AAA Car Care today! Mike and Mark were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. I arrived early for my appointment, and they were kind enough to fit me in sooner, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most was how comfortable and confident I felt in their service. It’s not always easy to find a place you truly trust with your vehicle, but they were honest, straightforward, and never made me feel pressured or taken advantage of.
Highly recommend this location—great customer service and a team you can trust. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The only place I’ll go for anything my vehicle needs. I’ve been a customer for 9 years, and even still, the quality, speed, and price of service is unmatched! In every visit the car care team has gone above and beyond. Massive thanks to every member of the team, but a huge shoutout to Mark! He and Mike should make a podcast about their craziest car stories, complete with maintenance tips.

Cannot reccomend this place enough!

I went to the AAA service center to get a tire plugged instead of calling roadside assistance, since my tire wasn’t completely flat and roadside has seemed understaffed recently. I’ve been a AAA member for years, and the last time I needed roadside help for a flat tire, I was charged $20.

I was shocked to find out after the work was done that I was being charged more than double that amount for a simple plug. I wasn’t given an estimate or informed ahead of time that the price would be higher. Had I known, I would have reconsidered my options. The lack of price transparency was really disappointing.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. They are the most inept auto repair place I've ever been to. They put the wrong sized lug nuts on my car, stripping the stems, which they never told me about. I brought my car in for new tires, and they ended up potentially wrecking my car! I told them what they did and they accused me of lying about it. This place should be shut down.
