Back in May I bought an LCD TV from Future Shop in St. Catharines. I asked a representative whether I could reurn the product if I did not like it. He assured me that I could return if I didn't like it for any reason.
When I came home, I found a huge 10-inch scratch on the frame of the TV. The amasing part was that it was UNDER the protective plastic that you are supposed to peel away. Which makes me think that the shop knew about this scratch all along.
I came back to the store the NEXT DAY. Srore manager (!!!) told me that I scratched the TV and they could not take it back like that. He said that TVs don't come like that. And his assistant was whispering to him: "But they do!" He ignored the assistant and kept yelling (!!!) at me and humiliating me in front of all the customers and the employees. I stormed out of the store without the TV (left it at the store) and without my money.
Two months later I am still trying to resolve the dispute through my credit card and thinking about taking this dispute to the next level. Still no TV or my $500.

I have had great experiences with the products and workers at
Future shop. I love the deals that they have on certain television series and movies. The staff is very helpful when purchasing expensive items like my laptop.
