Everyone is so nice and welcoming at this location!! One of the supervisors named Luis was very lovely and was very helpful if I had any questions! I would give him a raise if I were you! Especially since I feel like he’s here everyday!! But also everything seems to be so organized and everyone looks to be working well together and staying coordinated!! Would definitely come back! I love this location!!

One of the best places in Newark to get your car cleaned! The prices are affordable, the service is great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful whenever you need assistance. I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this place!

While I like going to this car wash their machine and people sprayers flat out suck. They can never clean the rims at all. Are rims not included in the wash these days? I’ve brought to their attention many times but still no fix

If I could give zero, I would.
I’ve been going to Splash for years—on and off, never had a major issue. But yesterday? They managed to rip off my side-view mirror while I was sitting in the car. Not a scratch, not a scuff—an entire mirror, gone.
I filed a claim immediately, but here’s the fun part: my car is now unsafe to drive. No mirror means no safe lane changes, no commute, no nothing. So while Splash sorts out their paperwork, I’m stuck at home because their equipment decided my mirror was optional.
What really adds insult to injury is how routine this visit was. Same wash I’ve done dozens of times. Except this time, I left with a car that’s suddenly missing a critical safety feature.
If you enjoy surprise car damage, insurance claims, and rearranging your life because a car wash can’t keep its machinery in check, Splash is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear—preferably with both mirrors still attached.

The prices are great, but they are almost never open. They close at least once a month for maintenance. They close anytime it drizzles. Like literally if there’s a drop of rain they close “weather conditions“ like why am I paying a monthly subscription for this if I can only go one to two days a week at most and sometimes not even that because literally the forecast all week this week is rain therefore they will be closed probably all week this week. This is terrible customer service. As well as the fact of how are your employees making money if your closed all the time.

Like it’s literally not even raining it rained for like an hour and then it’s been on and off. But it’s not bad enough that they should be closed.
