They use a loyalty card but signup was quick & easy at the service desk. Store is clean, brightly lit, and shelves are kept well organized. No problems at self checkout.

We love this store. We drive 30 minutes to this area just to shop here. Prices are so reasonable. Great sales and digital coupons. Butcher shop has real butcher and meats don’t have all those chemicals and dyes on it. I have friends who wish they had a store within reasonable driving distance near them.

I have been shopping at Warminster ShopRite since 2018, when I moved to Warminster and before tgst I did all my shopping at the Mayfair ShopRite which is an exceptional store with fabulous staff and management. Although I’ve had several issue with the shop from home department in warminster there was never an issue tgst wasn’t resolved until April . I was overcharged $1.30 per pound of 93% lean ground beef and asked to speak to the manger, Tom. I asked if I could be credited for tge over charge and he immediately began to scream at me to tge top of his lungs and told me tgst I couldn’t be credited and to return my entire order and then hung up on me. I called back and he hung up on me 2 additional times. I reached out to ShopRite customer care and they sent the issue to upper management. Nothing was resolved in this matter. I did a shop from home order the following month with great Hesitancy because my first issue was never resolved, but I did submit the order and it was supposed to arrive on a Saturday between 3 and 5 PM. I didn’t receive the order. I proceeded to call the store. I spoke to Cindy from the shop from Home department, who informed me that I was banned from ShopRite my order was canceled and my money was refunded. I was persistent and trying to figure out why I would be banned from a store that I don’t even enter because I only do a shop from home order. I spoke to Kevin the manager The manager that was on staff that nightwho told me that no one could resolve my problem except for Tom the manager that was very disrespectful, condescending and blatantly rude and Unprofessional. The following Monday I Call to speak to Kevin, the head store manager who told me that he would call me back and that the reason that I was banned from the store is that someone reported that my husband threatened to beat up Tom, which was a complete lie. I was completely shocked and dumbfounded by this response I have been waiting for A return call from Ken who promised to call me back within a couple of hours and this was now over three weeks ago. I’ve reached out to ShopRite customer support once again who advised me to try to get in contact with Deborah CALHEY who was the owner of ShopRite at the time I sent her a message on LinkedIn and regrettably I still haven’t heard anything back. I now understand that ShopRite is under new ownership and would like to speak to someone regarding this matter because I’ve never heard of anyone being banned from a store that they don’t even enter.

This is a follow-up to my recent "discountable" total review. I was in the store today & spent over $31. Even though it's less noticeable (1/2 percent rather than 1-2%), it's still ringing up a reduced total & thus a reduced senior discount.
More importantly, i wanted to get the blueberries that were on sale , but the entire shelf for blueberries & strawberries was empty. Also, the Healthy Choice frozen dinners shelves were half empty & the dairy section looked like it did during COVID. Are the drivers on vacation?

My daughter birthday cake from here
and it was another success. This year we purchased a two layer cake. The cake was absolutely amazing. Top layer was Chocolate and bottom was vanilla. Just purchased my daughter birthday cake and it was absolutely delicious! The bakery department deserves a reward, they are beyond amazing!
