Worst storage unit ever!!! Don’t even bother
They make up these fake rules to make you pay more money. I was paying $200/m for a 5x5 room that in all actuality cost $80/m. Ray was a nice guy don’t get me wrong, It was a filthy environment, the building seemed old and lacked maintenance. There’s roaches and mice in the building, I had rat bites all over my things. 0-10 I don’t recommend

I would give zero stars if possible. Regret the use of this storage facility. Rodent droppings, spiders, dirt. Good thing my stuff was well-sealed. And they raised the rent numerous times in less than two years. Total rip-off.

The lockers here seems really nice and neat. The guy and the lady at the counter were very friendly, polite and helpful. The guy showed me some of the lockers and he was very patient. It's interesting that they lockers can be priced lower if they have a less accessible location.

The only reason I dropped one star for the rating is that their locker prices are also not fixed; they change according to demands. In short, they want to maximize their profits based on how badly people need a locker. This is set by their management.

They would have been a good choice but for the moving price points per locker. Complicated. Unpredictable.

Ray Farrell, Property Manager was super helpful and friendly. The storage units were untouched for years and we never had any issues or problems. Ray worked with us to allow Cargo Cabbie to come in and clean out the units and it all went smoothly. Thanks StorageMart - Etobicoke!
