I had a reservation for March 1st 2014 the left a message on my phone at 5.40 the night before to say they couldnt have the van they gave it to someone else. they offered another van a great distance from where i live so of course we refused.

We ended up having to search around for another company to provide. They didnt give a toss the stress they put us through.

I had a reservation I made couple days in advance, when I went the person told me that they did not have the car, because they did not realize that there was a reservation. They send me to another location near by, they call to confirm that they have the van I was interesting on rent, and when I arrive, they did not have it either.
