I couldn't give a lower review of this company. I had my belongings stored in here during a transitional time in my life over a year ago.

When I arrived I was very underwhelmed to find cracked floors and clear signs of mice everywhere. I didn't have a lot of money do I went for it anyway.

During my several months stay with them I was robbed 3 times. Twice there was someone that broke into my unit and broke or stole everything of value I had in there. When I phoned the police to report it they got me confused with another set of break ins in that unit that had happened a week prior.

To be blunt the biggest robbery was trying to deal with the team at store Mart to have them cover my losses. Every single conversation was them trying to do less and less. The storage Mart insurance agent I worked with seemed to enjoy offering me at little as possible in compensation for me losses.

I would never trust storage Mart with anything I value.

I rented a unit here for the summer. When I got the unit I wasn’t told that it was in a sale price so the price doubled once the “sale” was over. I moved out the 2nd day of the month and was charged for a full month with no refund for the 29 days I wasn’t in the unit.

Rented locker and had 1st 2 months paid. Was about 2 weeks later when I was going to move all my things in. Received a phone call that my locker was broken into and the new heavy duty lock I purchased from them was taken along with the door hardware. They would not repair the locker so I could use it for the time I paid for, they refused to give me a refund, and they refused to replace the lock or give me a refund for it. So a paid for empty locker sits and can't be used. They also didn't "have the resources" to check the cameras. What a waste of $200 for no storage. Go somewhere else.

Great prices, and great customer service! Initial check-in was fast, office staff were organized and efficient. Very happy with StorageMart and would recommend.

Came in on Saturday for a unit viewing. Was showed the unit by Gilbert. He was very helpfull and informative. Ended up checking in at a different location that he was also working at today. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend storage mart :)
