We've trusted Ample Storage with our business storage needs for several years, and the experience has been nothing short of excellent.

Susan and Betty are absolutely wonderful. Every interaction is met with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine willingness to help. It's rare to find customer service this exceptional, and they truly make all the difference.

The property is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. We've never had a single issue during our time here.

If you're looking for a storage facility that is both reliable and professionally managed, we highly recommend Ample Storage. Their team goes above and beyond, and we're incredibly grateful for the service they've provided.

A Fantastic Experience at Ample Storage Center!

I recently acquired a new storage unit at Ample Storage Center located in Apex and I couldn't be more thrilled with the entire experience! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and assisted by the incredible team of Susan and Betty; what an absolute delight they are!

Susan greeted me with a friendly smile and made the whole process feel seamless and stress-free. Betty took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. And Tony—he was very thorough when it came to picking up the truck that I had reserved.

It’s rare to find such a helpful, kind, and personable team. They each went above and beyond to ensure I my needs were met. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but it’s the people here who truly make the difference.

If you’re looking for storage with exceptional customer service, look no further. Ample Storage Center — and especially Susan, Betty, and Tony — have earned my highest recommendation!

Not having rented a storage unit before, we were unsure of what to expect. During our initial "scouting visit," Betty spent time explaining the process, expectations, and provided additional information for contacting a local mover. Other facilities gave me a brochure and explained I could find more detailed info online. When we returned to secure a storage unit, Antonio provided the same excellent customer service as our initial visit.
The property is exceptionally clean and well-groomed, and we were fortunate enough to obtain a brand new unit in the recently completed "new building." We highly recommend Ample Storage in Apex for any storage needs you may have.
