I had no experience with storage units previous to my 2 month rental with Cube Smart on glendwood, and came away with a very positive one. Steve and Jess are two incredibly professional and curtious people who made my rental as smooth of an experience as possible. When I went to go move my stuff out of my unit, I was informed that there was a major power outage on Glenwood and that I wouldn't be able to use the elevators. To rectify this, I was offered to be called as soon as the power came on (which happened) and an extra few days to move out without an additional charge. Would highly reccommend to anyone looking for storage.

Steve and Jess were great! So kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They listened well, explained options, and helped me decide what I needed. This is the best customer care I've experienced in a very long time! This CubeSmart self storage on Glenwood Ave in Raleigh is so nice! Clean, brightly lit, units easy to access. The location is convenient and safe. I'm very impressed with this place, and incredibly grateful for Steven and Jess and their help! Thanks y'all!

It was easy to get started. The staff was friendly and they had a good selection of units available, all climate controlled. Everything was clean and in good order. Be sure to bring your homeowner's or renter's insurance declaration page to avoid paying a monthly insurance fee.

I had an excellent experience renting a storage unit yesterday. The manager was extremely personable, welcoming, and engaging from the moment I walked in.
He made the entire process smooth and stress-free by clearly explaining
everything and providing all the tools and information I needed to get started.
I also asked about a few additional options, and he took the time to walk me through them and make helpful suggestions without any pressure. Customer service like that is hard to find.
This location is, by far, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with any storage company. The professionalism and attention to detail really stood out. If I ever need another storage unit in the future, I would absolutely come back to this location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and well-managed storage facility
