Used this storage a lot to store my car and other stuff and never had any issues whatsoever..ross and Abdul was of great assistance most amazing people I’ve met helped me out a lot and very detailed about their policy also kept the storage and their work area super clean and tidy 🙌🙌🙌 definitely recommend

I've been using Apple storage at Danforth since 2021. Staff are polite and helpful. However they can't seem to get control of a mice problem. Despite traps set around the place, there are constant and consistent signs of mice in the corridor and in our locker. NO food kept in ours, but they still try and eat anything plastic and defecate all over stored items.

We had a great experience in all aspects of working with Apple! Ross was fantastic to work with. He found us a place last-minute on a Sunday evening after our plans fell through. They have a very fair policy on cancelling your agreement, and I received a refund on the unused portion of the month with a week. All their units are at ground level - key when you have heavy items to store - and they keep the place clean and tidy! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. Ross, thank you, we will definitely use you again when the need arises!

Had a great experience today with Ross. I was having a hard time visualizing sizes from home, so we popped in to have a look at the units. Everything is very clean and well maintained. Ross was super helpful, making sure we got what we needed and have a plan in place should we need more. Moving is one of the most stressful situations in life and our experience today was seamless and totally transparent. Thank you!

I have been using apple for over a year now. Jerry has helped me many many times. I’ve switched units several times due to needing more or less space. He has been so accommodating with pricing and flexibility. Hands down the best storage facility I’ve ever worked with. If he says he’s going to do something he does it.

I had a storage space here for more than six years, and I had no complaints. My unit was easy to access, any time I needed it, and the building was always clean. And when there was an issue with the roof, it was resolved quickly and communication was excellent. Jerry and the team are top-notch. Highly recommended.

Great customer service! I called and spoke to Ross who reserved a unit for me. He made notes of my requirements in the computer and when I came in a few days later, the manager Jerry took care of the rest. It was a very quick and efficient process. We had two car loads full of our belongings and Jerry brought a few moving trolleys to our unit to help move the boxes and to save our backs.
