I’m usually not the one to leave bad reviews but the customer service was pure ignorant the older lady was asking who’s order was waiting for and we didn’t even know she was talking to us and thought she was talking to the other lady and then she gonna get smart and say loud as ever or I guess not like mad because no one responded to her 1st of all how is someone supposed to know you’re talking to them if you don’t specify who it is your talking to when there is more than one person in the restaurant. Very un professional and shouldn’t be working at the job if she hates it that much definitely wouldn’t recommend this subway to anyone.

They overcharged me for an already disappointing bacon and ranch chicken sandwich. The bacon comes on the sandwich and is built into the price but the person behind the register charged me for bacon anyways. Secondly if you no longer carry a product, take it off your menus or update them at the vary least.

When I went to Subway today I kind of had a little bit of a picky request for someone special to me who is a diabetic and Logan put in the little extra work so spinach wouldn't get stuck in his teeth LOL he was a very nice gentleman and so was the other guy that was there too

I asked for turkey on my sandwich and the man behind the counter told me he can’t do that and that I need to leave or he’s going to call the cops on me. I haven’t eaten all day and your employee was the rudest person I’ve ever met. He made me cry and ruined my vacation. Other customers behind me saw what he did and left after how he treated me.
I’ve reported this location to the better business bureau and expect that employee to be fired for treating customers so poorly. Absolutely unacceptable.
