First off, the mens bathroom was a complete disaster. It reeked of feces, the toilet was functional, but had serious issues, and the sink only worked if you forced it in a certain direction. The lock on the bathroom door was broken. The spring had broken inside the door so their was no way to press the button to release the lock. You could get in but not out. I was getting really hot and stressed out. I had to bang on the door and yell for 5 minutes until someone finally came and let me out.(Not an employee, a customer) Both my sister and my mother got food poisoning.

Horrible location. Will not be going to any subway again for a long time.

Worst subway i have ever been to. No wonder there wasn't a single customer inside. The worker did not ask me if I wanted my sub toasted nor did they ask about veggies. Just wrapped it up and said pay me. I wont be coming to ANY subway location for a long time after this experience.

Their workers are not hygienic. I saw them touching mobile phones and sneezing with their gloves on and continue working on the food with the same gloves this time I visited . Really gave me the ick as I always order from this store….

I could go into detail, and I have taken pictures of the product I was given - which I will submit, if there is any question about my experience. But the best I can say is this. The service was very unpleasant. I don't think the worker there was trained in either how to speak English, return a smile or anything else. She did - to be clear - offer a very perfunctory and unimpassioned 'thank you' as we left. We did tip her. It is not her fault that Subway cannot pay her enough or train her well in the fine arts of cordiality. She seemed kind of miserable and I felt bad for her.
But otherwise the experience was just very unpleasant and my main problem is the product she gave us. She gave us tiny tiny little bits of meat and very few toppings and several times I had to redirect her in her assorted endeavors to make us the subs we actually wanted. She seemed slightly annoyed and my son and I felt bad for her, to the extent that he even apologized twice for having to redirect her confusion.. But it's just kind of clear she just wasn't into making a very good sub. That wasn't her main thing. That was not her goal. There was nobody in there when we got there and her main goal seemed to be returning to that state.
I think you could see for the record that I am not a person to leave bad reviews. But Subway just seems like a very inferior place to go and we will not go to that one again for sure. And it's not just for the service it's mainly because they just are so terrible about actually filling up the huge sub bun that they serve things on. And again if there's any question about this I'll give you a picture

1st and last time here. Baby I've never seen a sandwich look so poor. Can you even tell what kind of sandwich this is looking at it? It's not a veggie sandwich! Can you see the Tuna???? Yea, me neither! 🧐 I'm gone eat it cause I haven't ate today but babyyyyyyyyy, I'll drive all the way to somewhere else 15 mins out of it means getting a better sandwich! Is Subway going bankrupt????? Them 2 lil balls of tuna. It looks like she put 1. You know they put that silver lid there now and you can't see over it. Chy, this rabbit food atp. 🙅🏾‍♀️
