I placed an order through the app, and it indicated a 20-minute preparation time from the moment I placed the order. However, while tracking the order in the app, it vanished without any record of it being processed. Fortunately, I went to the store, and they had the order ready. Regrettably, the order was incorrect and contained the wrong type of cheese and was not toasted. This experience reinforces my limited patronage of Subway.

They guy working 8/1/26 at 11 pm was horrible. My young neice had to pee so bad she was almost in tears and he said she couldn't use the bathroom until I bought something then she started crying so he let her in but said I still had to buy something so of course we did, but come on what is wrong with people if a kiddo has to go let them go.

Dont bother placing an online order. They will just treat you like a doordasher and make you wait and ignore you while they serve the constant lunch rush walking in. You will wait longer than the people who just walked in 10 minutes behind you. They’re good at acting blind and deaf here

This Subway location is consistently frustrating and the sandwich quality varies wildly. They randomly close before the posted time of 11:00 PM. There has been an ongoing issue with the app where it says the order is placed and I get charged but the order doesn't go through correctly. This ends up holding my funds for several days and not only have I not even gotten a perfunctory apology from the manager, she refuses to speak to me and will only text with her employees. This puts the employees in an uncomfortable position and makes it very clear she doesn't care in the least for the customers. This Subway is in my neighborhood and I have tried to give them chances time and again. If you really want Subway (and can find a good deal), do yourself a favor and go to literally any other location. Zero stars.

The sandwich was incredibly filling and delicious! Our order came out so fast, and the staff were so kind and attentive. We got a sandwich and a salad—I ended up inhaling half the sandwich right there in the store. I genuinely love this spot. It’s super cozy, clean, and everything tasted amazing and fresh. We even had to go back and order two more sandwiches!

Also, please give a raise or a big shoutout to the staff working at 4:55 PM on Tuesday, 04/07/2026—they were fantastic.
