Food ready on time and made correctly. Great experience on multiple visits. Would definitely recommend ordering through the app and picking up for the best deals.

Ordered a tuna footlong via app (paid already) and waited 1 hour and 15 minutes at this location because their “system wasn’t working.” No heads-up, no apology—just straight-up mockery when I asked about the delay. One employee smirked and said something like “Yeah, the computer’s having a bad day, what do you want me to do?” while the other laughed it off like my wasted time was funny.
Instead of saying “sorry” for the ridiculous wait on a simple sandwich, they treated me like an inconvenience. Disrespectful, unprofessional, and zero accountability. Sandwich was average at best after all that. This Subway at 311 W 600 S is a total disaster—avoid unless you enjoy being ridiculed while hungry. 1/5, and that’s being generous. Never returning.

Terrible service from the lady, discrimination. Arrogant, disrespectful, the one who attended today at 6:24 in the afternoon on August 24, is not fit to deal directly with people. Rude, as if she hated life. The young man, however, is excellent, he truly knows how to assist and solve problems, attentive, accommodating. He should be promoted, and she should be fired.

All the food looked fresh and full, it was super clean. Our artist greeted us right away, apologized for having to do a large "door dash" order first and cleaned washed everything including her hands between orders. Made our sandwiches to perfection.
