Rented a heated locker to store a classic car for a few months during the winter. The unit was not heated with the warmest temperature reached being -5 Celsius. They obviously don’t check on their buildings or heating systems. I feel bad for the other people who would have thought their items were in a heated unit but in fact no heat. The yard was not plowed very often. In the short time we kept the car there I had to clear around the door to get in. Each time you called to address the situation it was canned responses. “We understand, we are sorry that…..”
After a week of no heat, we moved to a new location

Excellent service on july 23! The male employee working there (im terrible with names sorry!) was very clear and thorough with his explanation of the terms and conditions of storage rental. The unit itself is clean and well kept. I've also had no issues getting in and out of the storage facility after the office is closed either. Overall great service

I was in search of a storage unit, so I made my way to Access Storage on Caplan Ave in Barrie. Right from the start the staff were extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. about a few days into my rental I had an issue with my door. I contacted the store to let them know and they worked very quickly to get it sorted out and fixed. The next couple of weeks I found myself needing a bigger unit- Again the staff at this location were quick to help- finding me a bigger unit and getting me moved out of my older one, making the transition easy and stress free. I would highly recommend Access Storage even more the staff at the Caplan location for all your storage needs.

I had a fantastic experience with Access Storage on 62 Caplan Avenue in Barrie. Karan and Casey were both super friendly and incredibly helpful in getting me set up with a spot for my trailer. First day arriving was quite pleased with the cleanliness of the unit. The rental process was very smooth and representatives were quite helpful. To date, I would definitely recommend using them.
