BUYER BEWARE.
Staff good , facility ok but the company just rips you off. INCREASE the price every few months. No reasonable explanation. Within a year my rent has DOUBLED. Business NOT accredited by BBB OF Canada.
Nobody to contact, only the staff at the facility who have no control over pricing.
Feel scammed

Amazing customer service provided by Kat. She helped us multiple types throughout the couple of days we came to the building. Answered all of our questions and showed us multiple units to see what worked best for us. She even advised on a deal that was better than our previous reservation. Great service!

As a first time user of a storage facility, I have to say I was super impressed! Kat and Kimberly took care of all my questions, they kindly showed me the unit sizes and went over all of the details of renting. They made sure I knew how to access my unit including testing the door code before I left! I highly recommend SmartStop, Kat and Kimberly surpassed my customer service expectations :) thanks ladies!

Smartstop Self Storage is very user-friendly. Just a heads-up: there is only a 45-second window to enter through the main gate, so make sure your car is properly positioned before you pull in. Also, there are only three parking spots inside, so check if any are available before driving in.

Finding your specific unit might take a little time, but it’s not too difficult. They do provide pushcarts for convenience. One thing to note is the locking mechanism: you have to remove the entire lock from the latch and slide the bar aside to open the door. To lock it, you need to slide the bar back and re-insert the lock. It was my first time using this type of lock, though perhaps others are already familiar with it.

A 10x10 unit holds quite a lot, but do keep in mind there is a height limit (you can see it in my photos). Overall, it’s very convenient, and I highly recommend renting here. Plus, they offer a great introductory rate—my first month was just a little over $100 CAD.

I had a great experience with this self-storage service. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gave me peace of mind leaving my belongings there. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns.

Access to the unit was convenient, and the whole process—from booking to moving in—was smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the reasonable pricing compared to other options in the area.

Overall, I would highly recommend this storage service to anyone looking for a safe, reliable, and easy solution for their storage needs.
