I don’t leave reviews, but these are ridiculous people. Overcharging is one, customer service and dispatch just don’t care. Will drop your container at 7pm and then will pick it up at 7 am the next morning. Waste of my moment and most importantly my time. Worse than bell and Rogers, if that is possible at all.

Excellent customer service . Everyone l spoke to was extremely helpful and accommodating. I wasn’t able to be present for the delivery, but it was there waiting when l arrived exactly where it was supposed to be. I was amazed that we were able to choose the exact spot using satellite imagery. This was important because it was a condo parking lot situation. They followed up immediately afterwards to make sure l was satisfied. Hopefully everything will run just as smoothly for the pick up. I highly recommend this company. Also happy to be dealing with a Canadian company.

Organized my Cubeit with a real person and had to extend my rental length with no issues.
The employees are very professional and experienced. Container drop off was a breeze and interior was clean for furniture to be moved into.
All my questions were answered immediately and e-mails sent with full payment details.
I would most definitely recommend their service to friends and family in the future!

I didn't get the name of the driver (sorry!), but he was very courteous and professional during the delivery. Unfortunately, we didn't know he had arrived and placed the cube on the driveway before we noticed. However, the cube was placed where we wanted it, so no issues at all. Would highly recommend CubeIt.

I have never dealt with such incompetence. Ordered a container, received a message confirming where the container should be placed (left side of driveway with doors facing house). I even marked it on the driveway ahead of time.

They placed it past the house with doors facing the backyard! I called and talked with someone for 30 minutes (India Call Centre??) and all they could do is make excuses and say it was my fault and must pay to have it moved. Anyone who speaks the English language would agree that even their description of where it was to be placed is not where it was place. I finally asked to speak to a manager and they seemed to understand the issue but have not heard back. I have dealt with a company called PODS before and had no issues.

I can understand mistakes being made but the customer should not spend hours to convince a company to do what they already agreed to do and also try to make me pay extra for their mistake.

I had a great experience using CubeIt for my move.
CubeIt made the entire process much easier. They stored my container for a few days while I waited for my second home to close, which was incredibly convenient. The agents I spoke with were friendly, patient, and helpful. They addressed all my concerns and made sure everything went smoothly. Connor from the customer service department was absolutely fantastic. He was so chipper and helpful. I didn't catch the delivery drivers name but he was also fantastic and great to deal with.

I've only just begun my experience with cubeit but so far so good. I'll update this review if anything changes

First time using this service and I can honestly say that it was the easiest thing ever. Everyone I spoke to on the phone was friendly and very very helpful. The drop off and pick up was smooth and the driver was great. My bin is getting dropped off at the begging of next month, and I'm sure it will be a smooth process again.
