Staff very pleasant, professional and organized. Good communication. The storage facility is well monitored. Also, the place is spotlessly clean. Easy to access but most of all I feel my belongings are safe and secure.

I have used this specific location several times over the years. Both for personal storage and my construction business storage. The staff has ALWAYS been very friendly and accommodating. The location itself is incredibly convenient. The interior loading bay has everything you need; ground level lift gate, dock level lift gate and standard dock level. The elevators are full size service elevators for a small truck load at a time, easy to use. Highly recommend. Great people operating this location.

Absolutely horrible. Never, ever store your items here.

If you look at my review history, you'll see only positive reviews. My experience with Access Storage has been so terrible that I feel the need to leave my first negative review.

On July 29/2025 I incurred over $100 in fees from a truck rental due to the false advertising Access Storage has about 24/7 Access. They fail to advertise that this location is an exception to that rule, and you'd have to look into their specific website apparently to find that out.

I also had no notice, despite detailed monthly billing statements, informing me when the promo I signed up on was ending and the sudden doubled bill came as a shock. Please note that if you are even a little late on your bill, they will harass you with emails, texts and constant calls, so it is very reasonable to expect that at least a note of increase would be added to the last promotional bill.

I submitted a Better Business Bureau complaint in the summer of 2025 after the Manager at this location, Rinkje, refused to do anything in line with any sort of customer service. Now, in February 2026 (6 months later) I finally got in touch with the Senior Manager, Michael Hu, who proceeded to cut me off, yell at me, and tell me there is absolutely no repair they are willing to make for the fees I incurred due to their advertising while blaming me, the consumer, for their mistakes as a company.

I have a recording that I will be submitting to news organizations of Michael Hu, a grown man, raising his voice and cutting off a young woman who wanted her concerns addressed after 6 months of no resolution or response. BBB themselves told me they had a hard time getting in touch with this business, but according to Michael Hu, he "tried to contact me right away".

They continue to refuse any sort of resolution.

Storage unit are well lit and have easy access. Easy to setup and fast service.
Rinkje was great. She gave me a tour and was very helpful. She accommodated me switching to different unit when needed.

Great storage facility. Clean, bright, and has am imterior loading dock that works for all sizes of vehicles up to an 26' straight truck. Highly recommend! Management also extremely nice and helpful

Storing at Access Storage was fantastic. Load in was a breeze at the loading dock with an easy to operate lift and plenty of carts. It is very clean, well lit and comfortable. Also, I felt safe with the cameras and check in and check out codes. I appreciated that there were washroom facilities and electrical outlets in the hallway to charge my phone or battery during longer stays to organize. The office staff were so helpful, kind and cheerful. The customer service operators over the phone were super professional, knowledgable and just pleasant to deal with. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Access Storage!
