Great store and staff to work with. Had a locker for almost 3 years and my items were in great hands inside their climate controlled units. I didn’t have to worry about my furniture, clothing, etc. that were housed in the locker which is such great peace of mind. Their units are also very affordable which helps big time when everything seems so expensive.
Highly recommend.

Location is great and service outstanding!
Tammy took the time to ensure we were renting exactly what we need for the time required. She saved us money with a promotion without even asking, had the paperwork to us immediately and followed up to ensure we were happy. We had a unit here for nearly 4 years (two units at one point). Staff was always wonderful and friendly to deal with. Gated 24 hour access was amazing as a shift worker. Lots of cameras and regular patrols by staff during the day. The place was always clean and the shop is a great quick stop for any moving needs like boxes, furniture wrap, bubble wrap, tape etc. at very fair prices. All of our stuff was safe and there was no damage to anything (water, mice or otherwise). We couldn't be happier with the service we had over the last 4 years. We will kind of miss visiting with staff at the location. Thank you for an amazing experience over a turmoiled time in our lives. Storage and protection of our belongings was one less thing we had to worry about with how wonderful your location is maintained and managed. We also wanted to wish a happy retirement to Dan thank you so much for everything!

I needed a place to store my motorhome after returning from Arizona in April. Access Storage in Wasaga Beach had one spot left. Manager Dan was very helpful getting me set up and moved in. I would recommend this business for your storage needs.

This facility had the best promotions and rates that I could find in the area (I researched 7-8 different storage facilities throughout Wasaga Beach & Collingwood). Dan, the facility manager, is very friendly and helpful. The facility is easy to access and the reservation process was simple and efficient. I’d recommend access storage to anyone in need of a storage facility!

Wasaga Beach Storage was a great experience. The manager on duty was courteous, friendly and helpful whenever we required his services. Our controlled temp unit was always the right temp and in mint condition. Extremely easy to get in and out with our keypad code. Grounds were always kept neat. Thank you.

Friendly & helpful. I took advantage of a deal for first 12 weeks. A friend who owns a storage facility said this was a great deal and I should go for it. My 10‘ x 10‘ heated space was perfect for my needs. Location was fantastic. Close to home with 24/7 access. I was able to access my storage unit even through all the winter storms and snow pileup.

The manager Dan was absolutely amazing!!!
The grounds, office and storage units are very well kept and clean.
Dan was always there and ready to help in any way possible.
I have had several experiences with other storage units there were very disappointing.
I highly recommend this company and staff.

I called to get some information on storage and told the representative i would physically come in to see what I am working with and had their customer service call me every second day harrassing me leaving me messages. Not impressed and turned off to the whole establishment. Too bad, you would have gained a customer.

I highly recommend this place to store any of your personal items. Very Friendly and courteous staff always willing to help. Keep great communication with the customer and very clean units. DAN is a great employee of their company to deal with highly recommended. I stored my personal 2002 Thunderbird never had a problem.

Dan is is extremely polite, informative, helpful with a very positive attitude. The initial sign up process was straightforward and transparent. I've had units with several other companies in the past and my experience at this facility has been by far the best.
