Back in Sept 2024, I looked around for storage space for my car. Our condo informed us that our vehicles needed to be removed off-site while the restoration of our garages was underway and the cars needed to be removed by Dec 31, 2024. Lorna allowed me to try out various units for the size, factoring in my car size, and my size within that space. I was informed that a heated unit was cheaper than a non heated unit. Since it was during winter, I opted for a heated pad. At that time, I was able to have a tentative agreement in place for my spot as to reserve my spot with a payment. On Dec 23, 2024, my car went in at their storage facility. I bought a lock from them to secure my space. They gave me a code for the gate access, which I used over the winter to pull out my car to run the vehicle. On April 4, 2025, I removed my car at the end of my contract. My unit was clean. Lorna was extremely helpful and patient with all my questions. I would highly recommend this place to others and ask about any special that they might have on. Thanks, and keep up the great job.

Was really easy to initiate the contract and they provided great recommendations on what size/type of unit I would need based on my description. Even the weeks we had tons of snow they did a great job of keeping the lockers clear and accessible. Very clean. Exactly what I needed when I needed it. Thank you!

Very easy to deal with the staff, specially the Manager, Ms. Lorna. The facility is very safe and secured,, gave me peace of mind while I was away. My car was stored for 3 weeks and checked it out last night still in good shape. Thank you, Access Storage!!

Lorna is the best! She was friendly, helpful, efficient, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed to move in our stuff. Clean, well maintained space. Floor heating in the newer unit should be good for the winter. Great service and easy access.

I called to ask for a quote for heated storage for my car during the winter. The person trying to sell it to me started at 400$ per month dropping all the way down to 250$ per month once I told him there's no way I will pay that much for heated storage. These people are scammers and will try to milk every penny from you. Do not settle for the price they offer you they will beg you to go with them for cheap if you show you are uninterested but not before trying to tax you an extra 200$ per month. Pathetic business I'll be storing my vehicle somewhere else this winter

Absolute best storage facility and staff. We have 3 climate-controlled units at this site. We have used many storage facilities in different cities over the last 30 years and this facility is great. Access is easy and they have extended access hours. Lorna, at the front desk, is also so helpful and efficient.
