We rented a temperature controlled locker from April 2022 to April 2026 while overseas. All our belongings seemed to have come through in fine shape. Haven't plugged in all the electronics (sound systems, power tools, etc) but what we have are all working fine.

Leslie was very good to work with when getting rental in place and our annual rental was a breeze on line.

Thank you Williamstown Mini Storage.

Very good secure area to store your belongings. Like the fact everything is done over the phone. Never have to really meet up with anybody. Think it's great service

Had a great experience with Haldimand Self Storage! The place is clean, safe, and super convenient with the online rental and payment. Lots of unit sizes to choose from, and Jeremy made everything smooth and easy—thank you!

Clean and nice to do business with.

Leslie does a great job. My credit card had to be cancelled due to fraud in a non-related transaction and that caused a payment to be delayed. A quick chat with Leslie and she waited for me to receive the new card, without calling me every second day.

I would recomment to anyone.

We had a newly upholstered vintage sofa, and needed a climate controlled and pest free 5x10 unit, relatively local to NGlengary, and reasonable in cost. We rented here for 11 months.
The sofa was in perfect shape, with no storage smells.
It is clean (no trace of vermin, or smells related to that), quite secure, and with excellent and prompt support from the manager or office.
They also arranged for assistance for us when we needed to move out.
We were very happy we rented there.

A few points:
1. If you plan to leave in the middle of your rental period, and expect a rebate for the rest, be sure to give 30 days notice.
2. Just so you are not surprised:
In other places I've rented, the units feel like rooms or vaults - the doors are usually steel based, and the walls are corrugated sheet metal, or gyproc. All of them are open at the top, but they feel like solid rooms, if you get what I mean.
At Williamstown Storage, the climate control rooms are in what appears to be a huge open room, with the units built out of sheets of OSB, including the doors. It feels like trade show or workshop stalls.

BUT, after one year, everything is still clean, NO SMELLS or vermin traces, no dust, and in reality, quite secure.

The three pictures show:
- looking in towards the top of the doorway (on the right side of the unit, with the unit number 15 showing),
- looking in from the doorway downwards, and
- looking leftwards into the long side of the unit, from the
doorway

3. If you are planning to move a big piece of furniture into a unit that is just big enough, be sure to assess how you will get the piece into the storage unit. The halls are narrow (like at many Storage facilities). Our sofa was 90" long, and we could not turn it sideways perpendicular to the entrance, nor get it through the door at any horizontal angle. It had to be lifted on it's side and maneuvered to get it through the door, and into to unit.
