WORST & LAST EXPERIENCE I will ever have with Edible Arrangements! I never leave reviews but you’ve gotta be kidding me!

Ordered a day before but delivery was delivered at the end of day AND they didn’t even have all my items in the order! What is the point of paying extra for daytime delivery if you’re going to deliver it at the end of the day? I could have picked it up myself at that point for free!

Contacted business about delivery and was told they would let driver know but provided absolutely no answer on whether or not I would even receive my item on time??? Contacted corporate as well about the poor job this place is doing but still haven’t received anything either.

Better competitors out there I’d rather give my money to. It’s 2026, train your helpless employees on how to do a better job. What an absolute joke!

There’s so many poor reviews and I’m glad I didn’t review them before I did an online same day order. I must say this was a 5 star service start to finish! I ordered something for Father’s Day for
Tomorrows delivery and decided I wanted bigger for my hubby and cancelled that order after placing another for same day! Everything was flawless from the cancellation to the delivery. The basket is lovely and delicious, all fruits were very ripe and nothing was out dated! It was made fresh and a well done job was complete upon delivery!

My baby is satisfied and he really loved it, I loved it and so did the kids!

This was my first and my last time to use Edible Arrangements. I put an order in to cheer someone up and while I thought it was cool to get same day last minute delivery it didn't work out. My delivery instructions were not read so the delivery ended up getting delivered while the person was out to lunch. Instead of the arrangement being left with the business neighbors on either side of the business it was being delivered to the arrangement was left sitting outside on the ground. Not only was it 90 degrees outside and this is chocolate covered fruit 🤯but when the business owner got back and picked up the delivery it was covered in ants. When I called for a refund they kept trying to talk me into letting them re-deliver which I did not want. It took several times of me asking for a refund for them to comply. On another note they make you leave a tip at check out before the delivery is even made which I'm like well how do I know how much I want to tip yet? I tipped 15% which was the lowest option and it was still a great tip in my opinion almost $11 and that was on top of a delivery fee. I spent $80 for a delivery left on the ground covered in ants. The manager called me and she had a really nice attitude at first until I was insisting on a full refund which then her attitude changed and she practically hung up on me. I did receive my full refund btw but like I said I will not use this service again. It was horrible.

Not sure why this store has so many poor reviews. I was honestly nervous to order here after reading them. I placed an order yesterday for delivery today to my son’s grandmother and these reviews made me so nervous I even stopped by to see it before they delivered it lol! Lindsey and her team were friendly and accommodating. Need less to say, my son’s grandmother loved it! She said it was the best fruit she ever had and it was so fresh!! So happy you all helped deliver such a memorable Mother’s Day treat for her. It was her first time having an edible arrangement and we can’t thank you enough for the amazing and tasty experience.

I ordered a valentines gift set and they told me it was ready. I didn't have it delivered and instead, chose to go pick it up. When I got there, they told me that they didn't have the bear that went with the gift set which I WANTED so I got stuck with something else. I ordered it ahead of time and they should have told me they were out.

Not to mention, when I got home, I opened my box of chocolates and they were everywhere. The associate just threw them in there without even paying attention. I am very disappointed and I will not be going back.
