I’m not happy with the service. You require customers to complete everything online, but once the unit is rented and paid for, you still require us to come to the office during hours that are impossible for me due to my work schedule.

As a result, I now have a rented unit that I cannot access. This situation is very frustrating, and I would appreciate a solution that can be handled online or outside of regular office hours.

What start out as a good experience ended in disaster, the customer service was good at on-boarding, however facility break out in rat infestation and they did not notify me. All I had in my unit was furniture, clothes and small house hold items. On August 25, 2024 I went to retrieve my stuff only to find rat urine and poop on everything, there was also a dead rat. I had to throw out some of my things. I made a formal complaint on August 27 and to date this has not being acknowledged. As a customer I uphold my responsibility however, the company did not give me the service quality and they think they can get away with not addressing concerns.

I would not recommend anyone to use this storage facility.
As long as the get your money that is all that matters to them

Today is October 22 and no one has reached out to me.
