Got myself a 5’x10’ storage for a short span of a month and I had Clive helping me out with showings of multiple indoor and outdoor units. Really helped with understanding the processes of signing up and informed me about the promotion of first 4 weeks free.

The worse experience in storage we paid for heating units and of course was not my stuff froze
We remove our stuff early because of that and asked them to refund for the last 2 weeks and still no response just said thank you for using our services please don't hesitate again to contact us again if services needed What aJoke
There are better companies out there don't waste your money on them

Went this weekend of in snow storm but understanding but this was Monday had to physical had to shovel our way. Through the door not only that there was not heat was told is was weeks like that some things I had in locker froze any way long story short moved all my stuff out very disappointed will find better accommodations at the end of the day I should be refunded for my rest of days quick to contact you for payments but no answer regarding my concern wow

I had my storage for a short period of time but my experience was great. I set my storage unit up quick and easily online. Customer service was amazing. If I ever needed a new storage I'd definitely go back to access storage.
